BindVox listens to your client call, fills the application, and quotes every carrier — while you stay on the phone doing what you do best: talking to people.
Human-in-the-loop, always. The AI never speaks to your client.
The 16-minute problem
Not a demo. A real producer, a real client, a real Tuesday. Here's what one quote actually costs today.
Her client's information lived in a notes file. She copied it into the agency system, then into the first carrier portal, then the second, then the FAIR Plan — one field at a time, tab by tab. She left the portals to squint at satellite photos for a pool, guessed the distance to the fire station out loud (“I'll just put one. I don't know.”), and hand-renamed every quote PDF into a folder.
None of that was insurance. The judgment — which carriers fit this risk, which coverages this family needs, what to say when the client asks why — that was insurance, and it took her seconds. BindVox exists to delete everything else: the conversation she was already having becomes the application, and the application becomes every quote.
How it works
Record the call you were already having — your iPhone's native call recording announces the recording to everyone, so all-party consent is handled the moment it matters. BindVox transcribes the conversation and builds a structured intake from it: applicant, property, vehicles, coverages.
Anything the AI isn't sure of gets flagged with exactly what it heard — “heard as 2-H-G-F-C-2…” — for you to confirm or fix. Your standing rules pre-fill your defaults with your reasoning attached. Nothing is submitted without a tap.
One confirmed intake fans out to every carrier you're appointed with — portals filled field by field, in your own browser, with you watching. Quotes come back side by side, normalized, best one first.
Built for a regulated industry
You are the producer of record, on the phone, making the judgment calls. BindVox types; it never sells.
All-party consent is enforced, not assumed — no recording is used for quoting until the disclosure is on tape.
Every uncertain field is flagged with what was heard. You confirm; only then does anything reach a carrier.
Insurance rules require licensed humans to sell insurance. Our architecture agrees — which is exactly why we built it this way.
For California producers
Every brush-adjacent home means the two-policy dance: a FAIR Plan application for fire and a difference-in-conditions wrap from another carrier — two portals, matching effective dates, the same client typed twice, and an RCE printout the FAIR Plan wants attached. BindVox treats the whole placement as one job.
One client call
Captured once, confirmed once
DIC quotes — every appetite
Wrap carriers filled & compared side by side
FAIR Plan application
Same intake, same dates, RCE attached
One placement, done
Best quote leads, paperwork filed itself
We're onboarding a small early-access cohort of independent producers — California first. Tell us where you write and which carriers you quote.
