Built alongside a working producer.

BindVox didn't start with a pitch deck. It started at a kitchen table, watching a working personal-lines producer quote a home the way thousands of producers do it every day: her client's details in a notes file, four browser tabs of carrier portals, the same name and birthday typed into each one, a detour to satellite photos to check for a pool.

She's good at her job — the insurance part took her seconds. Which carriers fit a brush-adjacent home, what a family actually needs, how to explain a difference-in-conditions policy in plain English. Everything around those seconds was typing.

So we watched the typing, timed it, and started deleting it.

Every feature in BindVox traces back to something she actually does. The rules engine exists because she said “personal liability — that always is switched to 300,000. Always, always, always” out loud while quoting, and we realized her judgment was a spec. The FAIR Plan workflow exists because we watched the two-portal dance take up her afternoon. The consent switch exists because she works in California and gets it right every time — and software should too.

She's our design partner and our first user. Nothing ships until it survives her real book.

The compliance stance

Why the AI never talks to your client.

Insurance regulators are clear, and getting clearer: selling insurance requires a licensed human. Regulator guidance on AI expects the humans to stay accountable for what the machines do. Some companies treat that as an obstacle to route around with autonomous voice agents. We think it's just… correct.

Your clients called you. The judgment, the relationship, the license — that's the producer. So BindVox is built so the AI never speaks to a client, never binds coverage, and never submits anything a licensed human hasn't confirmed. All-party consent is enforced before a recording is ever used. Every uncertain value is flagged with what was actually heard. The result isn't just the most compliant architecture we could build — it's the one that makes you better at the job instead of replacing you at it.

What we believe

Four principles we won't trade.

01

The human is the product's spine, not its fallback.

The producer stays on every call and confirms every intake. We optimize the minutes around the judgment — never the judgment itself.

02

Show your work, always.

Every value carries its certainty and its reason — what was heard, which of your rules proposed it, what still needs evidence. No silent guesses, anywhere.

03

Your rules are yours.

BindVox automates how you quote — your defaults, your carrier preferences, your reasoning attached to every proposed value. A copilot with your instincts, not a black box with ours.

04

Numbers over adjectives.

We'd rather tell you “16 minutes back per quote” than “revolutionary AI.” If we can't measure it on a real producer's book, we don't claim it.

Early access

Quote with us.

We're onboarding a small cohort of independent producers — California first, more states by demand. Early-access producers get white-glove onboarding and a direct line to the people building it.
